Follow the steps below to set up a new email account on Microsoft Outlook.

To start, you'll first have to obtain your POP server name, username and password from your email/hosting supplier. You will also need your SMTP server name from your Internet connection provider.

Start up Outlook, and from the Tools menu, select Email Accounts. You will be presented with the dialogue box below.
Select Add a new e-mail account from the list, and press the next button.

The next dialogue looks like this:
Select POP3 from the list, and press the next button.

Fill in the required fields (as shown in the diagram below) with the information your Internet service provider and hosting/email provider gave you. Click on Test Account Settings to check your settings (this will report any error messages - check the details you have entered if any errors occur).
Once you are complete, click next. Then click finish - you're done!
