Follow the steps below to set up a new email account on Outlook Express.

To start, you'll first have to obtain your POP server name, username and password from your email/hosting supplier. You will also need your SMTP server name from your Internet connection provider.

Start up Outlook Express, and from the Tools menu, select Accounts. You will be presented with the dialogue box below.

Click on the Mail tab at the top of the dialogue, then click on the Add button to the left. From here, select Mail. The image below demonstrates this.
*Any existing email addresses you have setup in Outlook express will be listed in the above window - you can delete or reconfigure these as necessary via the buttons to the right.

In the next dialogue, enter your name as you want it to appear to your email recipients. Click next.
Following this, enter your email address. Click next.
In the next dialogue box, shown below, enter the POP Server name and SMTP Server name details you obtained from your email/hosting provider and your Internet connection provider. Click next.
In the next dialogue box, enter the username and password your email/hosting supplier gave you. Click next, then click finish - you're done!
